1984 – graduated from the Faculty of Journalism at Ivan Franko Lviv State University.

Since December 1984 – Senior Librarian of the Regional Children’s Library (Lviv)

1989 – Junior researcher-guide at the Museum of Ethnography and Art Crafts of the Maksym Rylsky Institute of Ethnology of NAS of Ukraine.

Since 1995 – Assistant at the Department of Foreign Press and Information of Ivan Franko National University of Lviv (part time).

Since 1997 – Assistant at the Department of Foreign Press and Information of Ivan Franko National University of Lviv (full time).

2001 At the Institute of Journalism of Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University defended Ph.D. (Candidate) thesis on the subject: “Transformation of the sermon genre in modern Ukrainian publicistic writing ( Y.Sverstyuk, M Marynovych – Ukrain, I.Ortinsky – Germany)”

2002 – the degree of Candidate of Philology was approved

Since 2004 – Deputy Dean of the Department of Journalism for Educational work

2005 – was awarded the academic title Associate Professor

Public and organizational work:

Acting editor-in-chief of the student magazine “Credens”.

During 2005-2006, 2006-2007, 2007-2008 academic years conducted the I-st rounds of the All-Ukrainian Scientific Student Olympiad in the specialty “Journalism”, and prepared the winners for the II-nd round of this Olympiad.

Participated in the organization of student wall-newspapers, photo exhibitions.

Engaged in preparation and holding of annual All-Ukrainian Scientific Conferences.

In particular, “East-West Together”, “Discursiveness of Ivan Franko’s oeuvre and Modern Journalism”, “Journalistic Science and Practice in the Context of the Bologna Process” (The conference dedicated to the memory of the professor V. Zdorovega), International scientific and practical student conferences “Modern Ukrainian Media Space: Challenges of Time”, “Journalist’s moral responsibility in the context of Globalization Processes”.

Organized meetings of students with famous journalists, politicians, in particular A. Shevchenko, S. Kurpil, Y. Makarov, V. Kipiani.

In various years published articles in magazines “For Free Ukraine”, “The Ukrainian Way”, “Lviv News”, “Arch”, “Light”, was the literary editor of “Express” newspaper, “ World of Science” magazine and tutorial of the professor. J.Los “Journalism and Trends in the Development of the World” (Lviv: PAIS, 2008)

Since 2019 – Executive Secretary of the Scientific Bulletin of the University (Journalism series). Publishes own poetry collections in the “Bell” magazine. The author of the poetic collection “At the height of a trembling string”.
